πŸ’‘ Full Stack Solo vs. my other programs

Hey Reader,

I launched Full Stack Solo, and now my DMs are blowing up with questions like, "WTF is the difference between Full Stack and all the other stuff you offer?!"

Well, that's me reading between the lines of a much more subdued note:

First off, thank you for asking! It means the world that you're considering investing in yourself through one of my programs.

Second, if you're confused, that's on me. I need to do a way better job explaining the differences.

So, let me break it down for you...

I made a video that walks you through everything. But I also wrote it out cuz some people don't love watching vids. So you can watch this, or read the email, or both :)

WTF is Full Stack Solo?

Full Stack is a group coaching program Nick and I built to help you turn your expertise into a digital business of one.

Think of it as your complete business-of-one transformation program. You get:

  • A vibrant community
  • A structured classroom
  • Bi-monthly group coaching
  • Step-by-step workbook
  • Direct access to Nick and me
  • Tons o' bonuses

We focus on the 3 core skills every solopreneur needs:

  1. Refining an offer that solves a specific problem
  2. Building a content engine that drives qualified leads
  3. Closing sales with confidence

You've got mentors, experts, and a community supporting you through every iteration and experiment.

How is it different from your other courses?

Hooked on Writing Hooks is perfect if you're:

  • New(ish) to social media
  • Want to learn how to capture attention
  • Need help writing scroll-stopping hooks (without resorting to bro templates)

Content Editing 101 is for you if you're:

  • A freelance writer/editor
  • Looking to level up your writing game
  • Getting paid to write and want to deliver better work

Launch Content Playbook is for you if you're:

  • Keen to drive traffic to a new offer/product via social or email
  • Love the idea of getting an AI-generated launch roadmap in your inbox 10 minutes after you purchase (yes, it's that fast and cool)
  • Want to learn how to generate momentum without being overtly salesy

How is Full Stack different from Content Sparring?

Content Sparring πŸ₯Š is my 1:1 offer designed for experienced solos or founders who:

  • Have been writing for a while
  • Feel stuck or uninspired and want to break through a plateau
  • Need help co-creating content that moves people to action (towards their business)

So...which one should you choose?

Here's my honest advice:

Choose Full Stack Solo if:

  • You're building/scaling a solopreneur business
  • You need help clarifying your offer and niching down on the problem you solve
  • You want a complete system for content and sales
  • You'd benefit from community and ongoing support

Choose my courses if:

  • You need help with specific writing skills
  • You're not necessarily building a solo business
  • You are building a solo business, but you're very early
  • You want to learn at your own pace

Choose 1:1 Sparring if:

  • You're already established
  • You need focused help in one area
  • You prefer personalized attention

The bottom line...

If you're not 100% clear on your offer OR your content strategy, start with Full Stack Solo.

Nick and I combined our expertise because we've seen how these pieces need to work together.

I can help you create amazing content, but it won't drive results if your offer isn't dialed in. Similarly, you can have the perfect offer, but without a content engine driving people to it...well, these solos usually end up relying on referrals, which isn't sustainable forever.

Full Stack Solo gives you the complete system.

Everything else helps you optimize specific pieces of that system.

Still got questions? Hit reply and tell me where you're at in your journey. I'm happy to help you figure out which path makes the most sense for you.

Cheers,

Erica

PS. Full Stack Solo is a longer program because building a sustainable business takes time.

The first 60 days are focused on getting your offer right and starting your content engine.

Then we support you through all the experiments and iterations that come after. Because let's be honest β€” that's where most people get stuck (I did).

PPS. I realize the Full Stack branding doesn't align with my branding. We're working on that and will have a fix in less than 2 weeks...

Cheerio!

New here? I'm Erica.

Your seltzer-loving solopreneur who helps you earn more money with content that moves people to action (but doesn’t feel salesy).

Hey Reader, I'm done with content pillars. They've never served me and, just like the funnel, massively overcomplicate the creation process. I introduced this concept on LinkedIn last week, and it clearly hit a nerve: The antidote to content pillars is what I call the MP3 Framework: Market the Problem Market...

Hey Reader, I must've said this 20 times this week: "Your job isn't to market your solution. Your job is to articulate your buyers' problems better than they can themselves." Ya'll, people get this so backwards. They focus on shouting about their expertise, their credentials, their "proven system." Meanwhile, their ideal clients are scrolling right past because they don't feel seen or understood. The fix? This might word: understanding. When someone believes you understand their problems...

Hey Reader, Last week, my friend Devin Reed released season 2 of his amazing show, Reed Between the Lines. It got me reminiscing about my episode and the topic we spent the most time on: Marketing Villains. Check the episode if you haven't seen it yet: 9 months later, I'm convinced having a villain is still...
