🪄Join Full Stack Solo before midnight

Hey Reader,

Launch pricing for Full Stack Solo (my group coaching program) ends tonight, so I wanted to make sure you didn't miss enrollment before the price increase.

No, we're not increasing the price to manufacture scarcity.

We always planned to launch at a low price for founding members, make sure the program worked as well as we assumed, and then increase the price to the full value.

And, honestly, the results in the first 1.5 months have exceeded my expectations.

One of our students, Zach, went from spending 2.5 hours prepping for prospect calls to just 5 minutes — and then closed a $12.5k deal using our framework. That's a 1,150% ROI in under 30 days.

It's insane how it all played out on December 23rd (I'm sharing this with Zach's permission):

[11:00am]

We had our 30-minute Jam session call with Zach (every new member gets this private time with Nick and me).

Zach planned to pitch a new client with a fancy sales deck a few hours later.

But on the call, we told Zach to ditch the deck and simplify the pitch.

Here's what Nick said (pulled from the Fathom transcript):

"So first they need to understand how is this thing going to go? If you show them this [deck] first, they're going to be like, hold on, like this is way too much."

[11:30am]

Zach took our advice and then sent us this message:

Prep time went way down. Nice.

[2:28pm]

Zach closed the deal!

Genuine freaking excitement. As Nick likes to say, simplicity brings clarity.

Is Zach unique, though?

Well, that depends. When he joined Full Stack, he had an offer he'd run for clients before, but it wasn't working as well as he knew it could, and he also kept getting ghosted by prospects.

Here's why Zach says he joined FSS:

"Reason why I joined FSS is that I've been working as a fractional PMM for last 15 months. Believe there is a lot of opportunity to refine my offer, level up my content engine on LinkedIn, so that I can increase volume of inbound leads - with right-fit clients."

So yes, his success was bound to happen faster than someone without an offer at all.

But no, that doesn't make him unique.

Anyone who goes through the program can see similar results if you do the work.

For example, Veronika is a bit behind Zach in terms of offer design, and yet she's having groundbreaking realizations that are helping her get unstuck:

Kyle is having similar breakthroughs as he narrows in on the core problem he wants to solve:

And there are dozens more examples like this.

I'm beyond psyched to see so many solos find clarity and confidence. I found mine in 2024 and it's changed my life for the better.

This isn't a "learn and figure it out yourself" program — we're in the trenches with you, answering your questions daily.

Who this is perfect for:

  • Experts who see opportunities everywhere (maybe too many)
  • Coaches/consultants ready to stop trading time for money
  • Anyone tired of inconsistent income and random action

Who this isn't for:

  • Complete beginners with no expertise to package
  • Those looking for get-rich-quick schemes
  • People unwilling to put in the work to build something real

If you're on the fence, ask yourself: Where do you want your solo business to be 4 months from now? Still scattered and struggling with focus? Or clear, confident, and consistently bringing in your ideal clients?

<<< We'd love for you to join us right now >>>

Or, if you're still on the fence, book a call, and let's chat through it.

Cheers,

Erica

Hey Reader, A few weeks ago, I wrote a LinkedIn post with the help of AI. But nobody knew I used AI, because it looks, sounds, and smells like me. Yes, my content smells delicious. Doesn't yours? So I figured, what the hell, let's go behind the scenes. Today I'm gonna show you: The prompt I started with The exact back and forth I had with AI The final manual edits I made Alright, let's go. First, read the post Here's the post in its final form. Give it a quick skim. Doesn't read at all like...

Hey Reader, The "AI involved in writing" discourse has gotten insufferably binary. Today, I want to share my nuanced perspective on why I believe the binary conversation is woefully unhelpful and hurting all of us. The AI binary is a witch hunt When I was 17, my high school offered a program where seniors could intern at a real workplace for a few months to gain "life experience." I chose to write a biography of my life with my two best friends, whom I met in Kindergarten. Life experience?...

Hey Reader, Look, today's newsletter isn't about whether we should or shouldn't be using AI in our writing. I have thoughts on that. [You can read them here.] I'm on the side where AI isn't going anywhere, and I absolutely love using it as a creative thought partner. I think it's great for creativity and your thought sparring process, but I also understand the arguments against it. That debate? We could have it all day. That's not what this is about. Today's newsletter assumes AI is here to...
