"I've got an idea..."

Nick had this gleeful look on his face. You know the one — where someone’s about to share something and you can tell they're desperate to see your reaction.

“Go on…” I said, taking a sip from my 3rd seltzer of the day (3 before lunch, 2 more before bed, as you do).

“What if we built a program that solved the whole solopreneur puzzle?”

"I'm listening..."

“Ok so every day I work with people to find their niche and craft their offer. We nail their positioning. They get crystal clear on who they serve. But then…”

“Mmm?"

“Then they need to actually tell people about it, and they’re stuck. They don’t know how to build a content that sells. That's literally what you help people do."

"Yeah..."

"And you keep telling me you have to turn away clients because they don’t have offers yet?”

OH.

He was onto something.

We were running into the same problem from opposite ends:

People would come to me desperate for content help. They wanted to grow on LinkedIn, start or grow newsletters, maybe launch courses. But when I’d ask about their offer? It was murky. They were a bit too early for content — they needed clarity.

Meanwhile, Nick’s clients would work with him to nail their positioning and craft the perfect offer. But then? They’d struggle to get it in front of people because they had no content engine.

We were literally passing ships in the night, sending clients away or to each other because we could only solve half their problem.

By the time I'd finished my seltzer, we had a vision.

A group coaching program that combines the flexibility of a self-paced course with the hands-on nature of a private consulting service.

Over the next few months, we:

  • Mapped out every piece of the solopreneur puzzle
  • Tested our frameworks with our own clients
  • Refined everything until it was bulletproof
  • Created tools to make implementation simple

Which brings us to today. One week out from launch.

This program is everything I would've dreamed for when I first went out on my own.

Nick personally helped me create Content Sparring, and he is so so so good at what he does.

And hopefully you know me well enough to know I've got you covered with writing.

I think we make the perfect team for this. And I'm so excited to show you Full Stack Solopreneur next Wednesday when we launch.

If this resonates, hop on the waitlist. There are already 142 other solos stuck under $10k months waiting in line :)

Cheers,

Erica

PS. Got questions? Hit reply. I read every email and I’m happy to chat about whether this is the right next step for you :)

PPS. If you are not a solopreneur and have zero interest in this new program, you can opt out of these launch emails but stay on the regular weekly newsletter.

New here? I'm Erica.

Your seltzer-loving solopreneur who helps you earn more money with content that moves people to action (but doesn’t feel salesy).

Hey Reader, The "AI involved in writing" discourse has gotten insufferably binary. Today, I want to share my nuanced perspective on why I believe the binary conversation is woefully unhelpful and hurting all of us. The AI binary is a witch hunt When I was 17, my high school offered a program where seniors could intern at a real workplace for a few months to gain "life experience." I chose to write a biography of my life with my two best friends, whom I met in Kindergarten. Life experience?...

Hey Reader, Look, today's newsletter isn't about whether we should or shouldn't be using AI in our writing. I have thoughts on that. [You can read them here.] I'm on the side where AI isn't going anywhere, and I absolutely love using it as a creative thought partner. I think it's great for creativity and your thought sparring process, but I also understand the arguments against it. That debate? We could have it all day. That's not what this is about. Today's newsletter assumes AI is here to...

Hey Reader, I've reached my "alright, F this, I gotta say something" moment. I've had enough of holier-than-thou writers claiming a monopoly on thinking. Yes, writing is a form of thinking. But you know what else is? Voice note rambling about something I’ve been thinking about in my head for long enough that I’m ready to write about it, but don’t feel like spending 3 hours grinding through the writing process.I felt like this BEFORE AI. I mean, you know editors existed before AI, right?!Trust...
